Description

The Supreme Court has ruled that the government should speed up efforts to limit certain types of air pollution. Client Earth brought up the case after air quality records continued to break EU standards for Nitrogen Dioxide. Dr Gary Fuller, Environmental Research Group, said: 'We haven’t managed to clean up the exhausts that comes from diesel vehicles as well as we planned. You would hope that policy would be reactive.'
