This newly created group, building on its activity on empirical designs and visual analytics, will seek to appoint staff to conduct inter-disciplinary research focusing on human involvement with systems. HCC’s aim is to develop a recognized international expertise in empirical design, user centred methodologies, visual analytics, information visualization, natural language processing, multi-modal interfaces, human factors, and human computer interaction.
