I studied Social Work at Ruskin College Oxford and qualified as a social worker in 2004. I graduated with MA in Migration, Mental Health and Social Care from University of Kent in 2009.

Research interests
My PhD study critically analyse the impact of the criminal justice system on migrant Roma women’s experiences in London. It investigates the journeys of Roma women in and out of prison and their access to employment, housing, health and welfare support. It questions how agencies of the criminal justice system as regulators of daily life and urban space mediate their experience of the UK.
