Biographical details
I was born in Limassol, Cyprus. My undergraduate studies at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki were in Greek philology (classics, Modern Greek language literature and linguistics) and I did a Master in Pedagogy at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. My PhD thesis investigates the ways that Modern Greek language has been addressed in mainstream classrooms, where pupils from different linguistic and cultural background have been placed together. In addition, I teach Modern Greek at the Modern Language Centre of King's College London and at City Liy.
