My research investigates the prevention and management of obesity across the lifecourse.
Obesity prevention
My work focuses characterizing the effects of nutrition and obesity on maternal, infant, childhood and adolescent health and how public health nutrition interventions can prevent obesity during these critical periods of the lifecourse.
Obesity management
My work involves investigating the effectiveness of obesity management strategies including diet, lifestyle and clinical intervention on nutrition and metabolic outcomes.
