Research interests

I have a strong grounding in translational psychiatry research. In particular, I focus on an interdisciplinary approach of elucidating risk and resilience factors associated with brain function and functional networks implicated in neuropsychiatric disorders of autism spectrum disorders, psychosis, as well as suicidal thoughts and behaviours. Furthermore, I am interested in markers of these neuropsychiatric disorders, their link with stress exposure (acute stress and childhood adversity) and stress responses.
