I am a human geographer interested in the politics of environmental knowledge and relations between science, policy, and society. In doing so I build on Science and Technology Studies (STS) and on the emerging geographies of science. I am currently working on the politics of nature-based solutions and on green finance. 

I completed my PhD at the School of Environmental Sciences of the University of East Anglia. My research was on biodiversity governance and looked at the development of the Intergovernmental Platform on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services (IPBES), a nascent organization of expert advice that aims at tackling the loss of biodiversity and the degradation of ecosystem services. 

Prior to my PhD I was trained both as a social scientist and as a natural scientist. I completed a Dual Bachelor’s Degree in ‘Sciences and Social Sciences’ at the University Pierre et Marie Curie (in Paris) and at the French Institute of Political Sciences (SciencesPo, also in Paris).
