Dr Grey’s current research interests are focused on developing psychological treatments for anxiety disorders and traumatic stress, and the dissemination of cognitive behavioural therapy for common mental health problems.

Dr Grey is a specialist at the Centre for Anxiety Disorders and Trauma. As well as his clinical work, he provides supervision and training in cognitive behavioural therapy for anxiety disorders including post-traumatic stress disorder.
Other roles
He is a member of British Psychological Society, British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies and the International Society for Traumatic Stress Studies. He is a BABCP accredited practitioner, supervisor, and trainer.
Background
Dr Grey’s first degree was in Natural Sciences at Cambridge University. Following this, he completed a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the Oxford Training Course and then a Diploma in Cognitive Therapy at the Oxford Cognitive Therapy Centre.
