Abstract
An account and comparative analysis of primarily non-literary performance genres of antiquity such as festive mockeries, mythological burlesques, satires, farces, mime and pantomime. Examines, as well, some of the relationships amongst and shared mutual influences that characterised these in Greco-Roman culture.
