Abstract
Examination of a lady who presented with diplopia revealed unilateral exophthalmos. An orbital CT scan showed thickening of the extraocular muscles. Biopsy of skin lesions demonstrated histological features of sarcoidosis. Her eye signs resolved with systemic steroid treatment.
