Abstract

This chapter provides authoritative guidance to present and future allotment holders on statute and case law and support mechanisms as they relate to the acquisition, use, defense and termination of allotment gardens and allotment tenancies. It draws on Growing in the Community to contextualise specific, prescriptive allotment legislation in the wider context of good practice in management practices.
