Abstract

Intracellular single-chain antibody fragments (intrabodies) are a novel way to achieve post-translational down-regulation of genes. However, their application to secreted proteins has not been studied in great detail. T cells secrete a wide array of cytokines that mediate their different effector functions and present an ideal application for this technology.
