Abstract
The Roman author Vitruvius outlined specific and sometimes complex formulae for the construction of the constituent elements of temples; this provides the basis for an interactive real-time 3D visualisation of the temples described allowing the user to create an extensive range of ideal form temples based on fragmentary evidence.
