Psoriasis: analysis of molecular and immunological pathways of chronic inflammation; studies dissecting the molecular pathways of chronic inflammation in psoriasis using tissue samples' in vitro studies, and state-of-the-art in vivo models; genomic analysis of psoriasis tissue; investigation of the functional role of dendritic cells, conventional T cells and unconventional T cells in psoriasis; development of novel drug targets and testing in the clinic.
