Prior to being at King’s, Laura obtained her MA in Telecommunications from Indiana University, USA where she worked with Professor Mark Deuze. Whilst a graduate student there, Laura was an associate instructor, research assistant and served on the Graduate and Professional Student Organization (GPSO) committee. She received first class honours for her BA in Philosophy at the University of Newcastle.
