Abstract
Packet scheduling algorithms for HSDPA, which perform excellently and are fair among traffic classes, but can also be configured to prioritise traffic classes to better serve a purpose, e.g. such as an urgent reconfiguration software download, are presented. The effectiveness of these scheduling algorithms is proved through simulations
