    Research interests

My research focus is in autism, schizophrenia and related disorders of neurodevelopment. This is reflected in a substantial contribution to neuroimaging and laboratory-based neuroscience research in the field.

I hope to identify biomarkers for these conditions and investigate potential causal mechanisms in humans and animal models. The goal is to use imaging methods (MRS/MRI) sensitive to individual differences within this clinically diverse spectrum. These tools will enable forward and back translation between human and rodent models and provide new opportunities for drug development and testing.
